Performance athletes
If you have been offered accommodation via the Sports Development Centre, they will send you details on how to apply for your allocated room. As a UCAS applicant, you will receive an email from the Student Accommodation Centre to advise you when to apply online, as detailed under Undergraduate Students.
In order to be offered your allocated room, you will need to apply via the 'preference' option. Please ensure that you record the allocation code provided by the Sports Development Centre in the 'additional information' text box. The preference option will require you to complete three preferences; this is only a technicality and will not affect your room allocation.
Your offer will then be sent via email, accept online and we will hold your allocation until August, once your place at Loughborough is confirmed. You will then receive a registration pack containing your University registration number (B*****), use this number to pay the room bond online, this becomes a damage deposit and the room you reserved is secured.
