Landlords - how to advertise
All properties being advertised by us for the first time must be inspected and graded according to the facilities it offers.
We have listened to student feedback and identified their priorities when looking for accommodation. Our property grading scheme reflects these priorities and identifies properties that provide additional facilities over and above the already high standards expected.
All properties must meet the applicable standards of the 'one house' 
grade.

Once you have completed the paperwork, please contact us to arrange for us to meet you at the property to carry out our inspection. This also gives us the opportunity to answer any questions or queries you may have.
You can start advertising your property at any time, however all properties are re-registered for a 12 month period from the 1st December each year when our housing lists for the next academic year are published. The current advertising rates quoted apply for the 12 month period from 1st December 2011.
Alternative rates apply for houses with 10 or more bed spaces and private halls. Please contact us directly for details of costs.
