Current Loughborough student returning for semester 2
If you have previously applied for accommodation for Semester 2, please contact the Student Accommodation Centre in November to activate your application. If you have not already registered your preferences, you will be able to apply from November, please complete the stages below:
Stage 1 - Please browse the Halls of Residence to familiarise yourself with the different accommodation options we can offer you. Please read the Prospective students information. It is important to also read the Terms and Conditions of Occupancy before you proceed. Your accommodation contract will commence on Sunday 3 February 2013 unless you make separate arrangements with us to arrive earlier.
Stage 2 - Choose the "Accommodation Login" tab at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions. You can choose three preferences for halls accommodation. Students are allocated a room subject to availability using the preferences as a guide.
Stage 3 - By the end of December you should receive an email with your offer of accommodation. This will advise you how to proceed and accept your room online. Please take the opportunity to view the information on our website for the hall offered to you prior to accepting.
In order to view and accept your offer, you will be taken through the following steps:
- Register OR Login.
- Read and accept our Terms & Conditions.
- Confirm your room by accepting the Licence. You will be sent a confirmation email.
- Pay your room bond online - you will be sent a confirmation email subject to a successful transaction.
- Complete the online Induction. You will be sent a confirmation email.
- You will not be able to collect your keys unless the above contractual requirements have been completed.
Erasmus/International exchange student attending for semester 2

Stage 3 – After you have been issued with your University B****** Registration Number once your academic place is confirmed, you should receive an email with your offer of accommodation (by the end of December). This will advise you how to proceed and accept your room online. Please take the opportunity to view the information on our website for the hall offered to you prior to accepting.
You will then be taken through the following steps:

- Read and accept our Terms & Conditions.

Distance selling regulations
Completing your booking by accepting your accommodation offer will create a contract between you and the University, so it is important you understand the commitment you will be making and ask for advice if you think you need it. There is a link to our Terms and Conditions from most pages on the online booking system.
Everyone has the right to a cooling-off period, but you must send us your cancellation by post, fax or email to arrive no later than the eighth working day after you accept the offer of accommodation online.
