The English Language Support Service can also provide tailored support within departments, specifically developed to address the needs of students in a particular subject area. These courses may focus on general English and study skills, or on English for specific academic purposes. We can also design parallel English language courses to complement academic modules.

Customised courses for external clients
The English Language Support Service has extensive experience of providing customised courses for external clients, and we welcome requests for special courses from individuals, companies, institutions and government agencies. We are also able to provide development opportunities for overseas teachers of English.
