It is advised that those with line management responsibilities as part of their role, particularly those new to managing, complete relevant basic training:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Academic Probation Adviser Training
- Non-Academic Probation Adviser Training
- Performance and Development Review (PDR) - for Reviewers
- Managing Sickness Absence
- HoDs and HoSs Safety Awareness (this is usually completed as part of the New HoDs and HoSs induction programme. If you are a new Head, we will contact you about current arrangements for training.)
- Bullying and Harassment - Level 2 - For Managers
