Research Staff Career Mentoring Scheme
This annual mentoring scheme has now been successfully running for three years. Career mentoring is a considered a vital part of the development provision offered to Research colleagues at Loughborough University. Our mentoring scheme is endorsed by Senior Managers in the University.
If you would like to volunteer to be a Mentee (and it is first come first served) or a Mentor, please send your name to Sarah Sargeant S.J.Sargeant@lboro.ac.uk) by Thursday 11th June. Further information about what will be involved in the two roles is provided below.
For Mentees this will be an opportunity for regular
discussions with more experienced staff, in a selection of professions, to
receive personal careers
and professional development advice. It is envisaged that the mentors will
be senior/experienced
