A coach will work with you on a confidential one-to-one basis.
Staff Development is encouraging a coaching culture at Loughborough. Managers and leaders can adopt a coaching style to their interactions with others and for those managers interested in developing their coaching the ILM level 3 - Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers.
Trained executive coaches will be driven by your agenda and will help you set goals and achieve them! If you are interested in receiving some coaching, please get in touch to express your interest.
