This suite of courses aimed at all levels of staff across the University focuses on improving skills in communication and interpersonal skills, in order to embed service excellence in everything we do.
Across the University we need to start working together more effectively in order to sustain our competitive advantage, by providing greater internal and external customer satisfaction. We already have a reputation for delivering excellent customer satisfaction. However, other universities are working hard to catch us up and we need to continuously drive improvements and build better working relationships.
The Excellence Programme is about encouraging all staff, no matter which department or school they work in to focus on Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence (PRIDE).
