Administrative staff
The core business of the university is supported by over 500 staff working in various administrative, clerical and secretarial roles and by a further 450+ staff working in management and specialist roles.
Staff Development recognises that the skills required to operate effectively in these roles are many and varied. We are working to develop appropriate training and development opportunities to support current skills and offer career growth for the future.
This webpage is under development, so we would like to hear from you about the sort of information and resources you would find useful. All feedback is welcome, please contact us with any comments or ideas.

- invitation to various networking events
The networking group held their most recent event on Tuesday 28th June 2011. Due to the amount of change on campus at the moment, the chosen topic for the event was 'Well-being and Resilience'. The event included a presentation from Andy Cope, who proved extremely popular, an introduction to the new framework for Administrative staff, the opportunity to network over lunch and various stands for people to explore, all fitting into the theme of well-being and resilience.
Captured below are a few of the comments received about the event, along with some photos.
