‘Real Varsity’ tickets on sale

Tickets for the fourth annual Real Varsity match between rugby university greats Loughborough and Bath on Wednesday 30 April 2008 are now on sale across campus.

Rivalling the traditional Varsity clash, this year’s Real Varsity in Loughborough is the biggest yet with back to back matches from the women’s and men’s sides as well as the Championship Final of the University’s Boost community tag rugby programme.

A dedicated 4,000 capacity stadium with a 2,000-seater Grandstand is being erected surrounding the University 1st XV pitch for the clash which sees Loughborough defending its impressive three-year run of success in the competition.

Tickets cost £10 each (£5 for under-16s) and include access to all games, free refreshments and a take-away meal. The first 1000 tickets also include a free limited edition Varsity t-shirt as well as additional refreshment vouchers.

Tickets are on sale across the University campus, at all sports receptions, imago retail outlets and dining halls. For more information visit http://www.loughboroughrugby.com or call 01509 22 6250.
