Facilities development
This section is responsible for all aspects of campus development including property, projects and space as well as support and administration functions. The section is led by David Fulford (Deputy Director FM)
East Park Design Centre BREEAM Assessment
Helpdesk - Lisa Lapham manages this service as the hub of all enquires to FM.
Legal/ Landlord & tenant matters - Tim Walton deals with all matters in relation to proprty and landlord and tenant issues.
Capital Projects - (major and minor) All building projects above £50k are subject to the Universities project approaval process and are managed by Project Managers within the team led by Graham Orsborn.
Small Works and Maintenance Projects - David Clews is responsible for the condition survey of existing facilities and planned maintenance projects. Small works managed as part of this team via Tim Oakey.
Furniture and Design Services - Are provided by Sarah Gorey and her team.
Space Management - Led by Simone Stevens who as secretary to the Space Allocation Sub-Committee managers all space planning and requests for space.
Timetabling - Planned capacit, condition and allocation of central teaching space is managed by Michael Earl.
Teaching Support - led by Aaron Turlington Smith the team provides a complete equipment and technical support service to all academic departments and externa; conferences.
