Yvonne is a graduate of Loughborough University with a BA (Hons) in English and an MA in Library and Information Science. Yvonne manages the Loughborough Employability Award and has a remit to develop opportunities for students to enhance their employability skills.

Joss joined the Careers and Employability Centre in September 2007 to work on the employability projects including the Employer Mentoring Scheme, the Loughborough Employability Award and the Workshadow Scheme. She is still involved in both the Mentoring Scheme and the Award. Joss came from an industry background and had spent a number of years as a manager in a software company where she had responsibility for both graduate & experienced recruitment. She also managed the career development of the employees.

Email: t.b.salsbury@lboro.ac.ukTracy joined the Careers & Employability Centre in 2009 working as an information adviser before taking up her current role providing administrative support for a range of initiatives designed to increase students’ employability. These include the Loughborough Employability Award, Employer Mentoring Schemes, and the Workshadow programme. Tracy also assists the Employer Liaison Team in their annual round of careers fairs.
