Booking is required by clicking on the session(s) below:

An introductory session to all the relevant courses and opportunities on offer at Loughborough University.  To include Springboard, Mindfulness, Building Your Resilience, Fresh Steps, Time Management.  Also covering Coaching Network and signpost to other university services.  We will ask delegates for their thoughts on what they would like and how they might help each other within the School so this session will be interactive not just a briefing session.  An information Q and A session will be included and participants are invited to suggest ideas for future events, perhaps on a team basis.

A bite size introduction and an opportunity to try a couple of techniques and share best practice.  Resilience is your ability to bounce back from challenges. This session covers what is resilience, how resilient are you, techniques for improving your resilience, who is resilient to you and what makes them so and action plans for going forward

A relaxation session exploring relaxation techniques and abilities to cope and mindfulness techniques.  Professor Mark Williams, former director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, says that mindfulness means knowing directly what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment.

An interactive session using the best practice from Health and Safety Executive and the World Health Organisation, both of which have developed toolkits for managers enabling them to build productive teams who enjoy their work.
