This workshop brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts from physiology, strength and conditioning and sports nutrition that specialise in supporting Paralympic athletes. Together with Paralympic athletes themselves, they will illustrate how they apply evidence-based practice in their work and provide a unique insight into supporting the Paralympic athlete.
