The Research Office is divided into three main area: Pre-Award, Post-Award and Development.

Pre-Award staff have primary responsibility for:

Assistance with costing, pricing and authorisation of all externally funded research applications
Research contract negotiation
Acceptance of grants, contracts and awards
Issuing of Project Codes
