The Loughborough Eating Disorders Activity Programme (LEAP) describes a group cognitive-behavioural approach to the treatment of compulsive exercise in the eating disorders.
The group programme described is designed as a brief intervention for use in a hospital setting. It is currently available as a study protocol only, and can be purchased by clicking on the relevant link below.
