What does the study involve?
Participants will be asked to attend up to 4 appointments at the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM) at Loughborough University. The study lasts 7 weeks in total.
What does the study aim to achieve?
The study aims to investigate the role of technology to provide real-time, continuous feedback about glucose and physical activity.
What happens at the end of the study?
As a thank you for taking part, you will receive a comprehensive health report detailing your personal results taken from the tests completed at appointment 1. In addition to this, you will receive real-time feedback about your glucose and/or physical activity levels during the study.
The data collected will form part of a PhD thesis and has the potential to be published within an academic journal.
