IMMPREST is
being used to produce Business Case Studies, on projects where
elements or complete building modules have been produced offsite, comparing the cost
with Traditional methods and reporting the benefits.
By using IMMPREST, a consistent approach can be
achieved, enabling detailed cost analysis across a wide
range of considerations.

these Business Case Studies have been published by
Buildoffsite. The first pair of which, 'Pipe
Modules for a Commercial Office Building'
and 'Pipe Modules for a Hospital Extension' were produced with NG Bailey. The
third, 'A Modular Corridor Product for Four Airport
Projects' was produced with BAA.

Among the other
companies with whom we are working, in particular we
plan to produce case studies with Corus Hi-Point, Crown House
Engineering, and Yorkon.
We are looking
to undertake further case studies, particularly (but not
exclusively) with companies involved in off-site
