University of Hull

The University of Hull are responsible for supplying Engineering examples to most workbooks and also for providing at least six fully developed engineering Case Studies. They will also carry out a comparative trialling of HELM materials.

University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology
UMIST are responsible for developing two additional second year level workbooks on Multiple Integration and on Vector Calculus. They will also contribute to the development of engineering examples in collaboration with the University of Hull .

Loughborough University
Loughborough University are responsible for managing the project, for completing CAL segments (web delivered), for completing banks of questions for each workbook (web delivered), and for devloping two additional second year level workbooks on Functions of a Complex Variable. They are also responsible for evaluation and dissemination for the project.

The University of Reading are responsible for developing four workbooks on numerical techniques used in mathematical engineering, two at first year level and two at second year level.
