Loughborough University is the main coordinating University and uses funding provided by the ESPRC for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship transferable skills training. A number of teams from Loughborough are entered in this year’s competition, and speakers and mentors from Loughborough will also contribute.

Latest news

The 2012 Engineering YES competition is expanding to cater for increasing interest from Universities around the country. This year should see 18 teams (around 90 researchers) battle it out for the top prizes. Our recent success at the NEEAwards is increasing interest from academia and industry alike and we are hoping to attract a really vibrant set of contributors to work with the participants this year. Heats will run in the East and West Midlands and the North West. Our Grand Final returns to the fabulous Birmingham Science Park Aston. Don’t miss out on this challenging but greatly rewarding experience.
