The 2012 competition is open to teams from all Universities around the country. Our heats this year will be held in the North West, and the East and West Midlands.
Universities entering teams will be expected to provide financial support for their teams to cover accommodation and administration costs. This currently stands at £750 per person. The speakers, mentors and judges provide their time free of charge. Some of the costs of the competition will be covered by sponsorship and teams are welcome to obtain sponsorship towards their costs if they so wish.
Teams or individuals wishing to enter should liaise with their own institution training providers and also contact Jo Gilman at Loughborough University so that we can manage the demand for places.
Training professionals at Universities who would like to recruit from within their own Researcher populations should contact Jo Gilman at Loughborough University as we can help with promotion and recruitment materials, and give more details of what exactly is involved.
