| Welcome to the home page of the Research
Programme Changing Media - Changing Europe. This was a five year Programme of
the European Science Foundation. It
was jointly sponsored by the ESF Standing Committees for the Social Sciences and for the
Humanities, and was an interdisciplinary Programme aimed to advance networking among
European scholars researching various aspects of the mass media. The Programme
worked
through international exchange designed to foster collaboration and communication, and
thus to facilitate new developments in theory and methodology. It ran from 2000-2004.
