Background

Becky graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2004 with a degree in Social Science with first class honours. She has worked for a social research consultancy `Outside UK´ as a Research Analyst specialising in housing related research. Before joining CCFR in July 2007, she was a research associate at the University of Sheffield where she worked on 'No Families No Food' project.

Her role at CCFR involves liaising with participating local authorities and agencies; collecting data from children’s services files and health records; maintaining relationships with birth parents and children; and conducting interviews with birth parents and professionals.

Research interests

Housing, homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence, relationships, and identity.

Current projects
