Visitor Parking
Visitors arriving by car should stop at the gatekeepers pod. Ideally one of the two visitor car parks should be used, however if these are full then the main car park can be used unless the gatekeeper specifies otherwise.
AVRC Visitor Entrance - Garendon Wing Door L
Garendon Wing is part of the largest building in Holywell
Park. Look for Door L, this is a glass door within a small glass porch
with the words 'Research School of Informatics' marked in frosting upon
it. There is a telephone inside the porch - our main contact numbers
are 635703 and 635735.
Deliveries
Having stopped at the gatekeepers pod, drivers should turn immediately right at the first round-about and then go straight on at the second (mini) round-about, heading to the right of the very large building, which necessitates waiting for a barrier to be raised. Head around the back of the building to Garendon Wing door J. There is an intercom at Door J, or we can be contacted on 01509 635703 or 01509 635735
Large Deliveries
For large deliveries it is possible to drive into the loading bay area inside the Garendon wing - there is a large gate approximately 1/3rd of the way along the rear of the building. However, please contact us to arrange for this.
