About this event

Excessive screen-time (use of TVs, computers, tablets) and unhealthy eating are increasingly common behaviours in children and adolescents. These behaviours often co-occur and cluster in young people (for example high screen users are also likely to have unhealthy eating behaviours) and can pose a significant health risk.

In this lecture effective ways to reduce these behaviours will be explored, as well as the recent changes in the way young people use screens, and how we can promote more constructive use of screens will also be discussed.
