This utility allows you to do a search for keywords etc. in the full text of the papers. These papers were scanned and put through character recognition software.
This implies that the papers may not be reproduced perfectly !!! Especially equations should not be trusted.
In order to assure that the correct text is used, once you located a relevant paper you should look it up via the author list from the home page.
There the actual, photographic copies of the papers are available.

to test it, e.g. search for 'cold water'. You will find relevant papers with some garbled text. Look for the author, and get the proper paper via the author index.
