PowerPoint A0, A1, A2 printing
Please note that it is possible in PowerPoint to add items to a slide that extend over the edge of the slide, however these will not be printed.
Please note that if you create your document elsewhere, you can not use fonts not available in Labs. Attempting to do so will result in the "next best" font being selected. To avoid this, save your work as a PDF and print using Adobe Acrobat in the computer labs.
Printing from PowerPoint
Please follow ALL of these steps

Click the File tab at the top left of the screen, select Print and then Print.
Under Printer select the required printer:

Large Format A0 Plain Paper PS: Colour output, or

Large Format A0 Photo Paper PS: Photo quality colour output on satin paper.

Under Settings select Full Page Slides. As you click this more options appear: select Scale To Fit Paper. This will resize your document to full A0 or whatever size you decide to choose.

Now under Printer click the Printer Properties link and then select the Printing Shortcuts tab.

You can change the Document size to what you prefer ISO A0, ISO A1, or ISO A2 etc. Set the correct Orientation (Portrait or Landscape).

Click OK to return to the Print dialogue box.

Click OK to print.
