Staff Exchange E-mail System

Introduction

The Staff Exchange E-mail system on the Windows 7 service uses Outlook 2010 (see www.lboro.ac.uk/it/e-mail/outlook2010.html), whereas on the Staff Desktop XP Service it uses Outlook 2007 (see www.lboro.ac.uk/it/e-mail/outlook2007.html).

You may also access E-mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Journal entries via the webmail system at https://email.lboro.ac.uk.

Users of Mac OS X will use Outlook 2011 (see www.lboro.ac.uk/it/e-mail/outlook2011.html).

Each department chooses an administrator to maintain the folders and their retention periods in line with the department's needs. If you have any questions about your department's set up, please speak to this person.

If you are the administrator, you will need the Archive Administration Interface is at https://emailadmin.lboro.ac.uk/signin/.
