Students Required for an IT Services Focus Group
The main part of the session is to identify and discuss improvements that can be made to the current “IT Request” process, this includes services such as Password Reset, Software request etc.
The findings will be used to build a solution to improve the interface/process for staff and students within the University to make requests.
In addition to the above there will be a short discussion to gather some information around marketing communication to assist us in improving services.
The focus group will be held on Monday 14th May, 2pm –3pm, in the Stewart Mason Building.
All participants will be presented with a £10 Amazon gift voucher following completion of the session.

There are 8 places available – these will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
If successful, confirmation will be sent on Wednesday 2nd May.
