Participants wanted- Sleep and daytime alertness

It is well known that alertness changes over the course of the day, and we are interested in how sleep affects this. The study aims to investigate the effects of a night of either regular sleep or restricted sleep on participant alertness in the afternoon.

We are looking for healthy males and females, aged between 18 and 35.

Participants will be required to complete a screening questionnaire and attend a brief, familiarisation session prior to the experimental days. The lab sessions will take place on 2 consecutive Wednesday afternoons, between 1230h and 1630h, and participants will be required to complete a series of reaction time tests. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both of the study days.

If interested in taking part, please follow the link to the screening questionnaire. Once completed, you will be contacted with further instructions.
