FM - NOTICE OF WORKS - Buildings will lock at 2.45 p.m. on Wednesday 11th July

ADDRESS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
Door Locks (proximity readers/swipe readers) to all buildings will lock at 2.45pm on Wednesday 11 July 2018
If you have access to a building you will be able to gain entry, using your swipe card, alternatively doors can be wedged open for visitors ONLY for this period.
The Domestic Services Team will check all doors are locked and closed properly at 6.00pm in the evening, (the usual close time)

WHY DOES THE WORK NEED TO BE DONE?
In order for the doors to lock they need a network connection, this service is being interrupted for essential maintenance which will have an effect on the locking of the doors.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO STUDENTS AND STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY?
That our buildings are locked and secure at the end of the working day

TIMESCALE?
From 2.45pm until 11.00pm on Wednesday 11 July 2018
