FACILITIES MANAGEMENT NOTICE OF WORKS

WHY DOES THE WORK NEED TO BE DONE?
The work is being carried out to ensure that the high voltage switchgear is fully maintained and serviced to ensure the integrity of the switchgear and transformer on the University electrical network.

TIMESCALE
Work will be carried out on Saturday 8TH September 2018 between the hours of 08.00 & 14.00.

BUILDINGS AFFECTED
Edward Herbert Building.

HOW WILL THE WORKS AFFECT ME?
There will be no power to the buildings for the duration of the works. The fire alarm will still be operational as it works on a battery for up to 8 hours.
