Marketing and Advancement nominated for multiple awards for this year’s PRCA DARE awards

Loughborough University’s Marketing and Advancement Department has been shortlisted eight times by the 2018 Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) DARE awards.

The team has been nominated in five categories: Campaign Challenges Award; Digital and Social Media Campaign of the Year; Integrated Campaign of the Year; Media Relations Award and the Low Budget Campaign Award.

The Loughborough campaigns shortlisted include the School Games 2017 and General Election 2017, where Loughborough experts analysed media coverage of parties and their policies on a weekly basis.

The DARE awards celebrate the work of the public relations and communications sector within the Midlands, uncovering talented professionals from a range of organisations.

Last year Loughborough University won four awards, including In-House team of the Year, Rising Star of the Year, Internal Communications Campaign of the Year and Industry Leader of the Year.

The results will be announced at the awards ceremony which takes place in Birmingham on Wednesday 4 July.
