Staff and students invited to ‘Alternatives to State-Socialism in Britain’ talk
The Anarchism Research Group, part of the Politics, History and International Relations (PHIR) department, invites staff and students to attend a talk at 5pm on 22 Feb 2017.
‘Alternatives to State-Socialism in Britain’ will be presented by Professor Peter Ackers – a former Professor of Industrial Relations and Labour History at Loughborough’s School of Business and Economics. He is now a Professor of Employment Relations at De Montfort University in Leicester.
This is the third event in a speaker series organised by the Anarchism Research Group throughout 2016/17, with further talks scheduled. More information is available on the PHIR website.
The talk will be held in room K.105, in the Herbert Manzoni building. The group will be going out for dinner following the talk and all attendees are welcome to join them.
