One week left to apply for STEM Awards

The Telegraph UK STEM Awards is a unique opportunity for students across the country to present their ideas in a bid to win £25,000 and a bespoke mentoring programme.

Building on the success of the 2014 and 2015 STEM Awards, this year’s competition brings together five challenges in five key sectors, in partnership with leading employers.

To apply, you must choose one of the following challenges:

Sponsored by Atkins

Sponsored by Semta

Sponsored by GSK

Sponsored by McLaren

Sponsored by Rolls-Royce

Each sponsor company will shortlist the entries for each category and invite these students to present their ideas in person.

The confirmed category winners – one for each of the STEM challenges – will then be invited to London to present their ideas to a panel of expert, independent judges.

The final decision will be announced at an awards ceremony in London in June 2015, where the overall winner will be presented with a cheque for £25,000.

The deadline for entries is 15 February 2016.
