Could you make a difference to some of Leicestershire’s most vulnerable children?

Leicestershire County Council are looking for new generations of foster carers who can offer a loving home to some of Leicestershire’s looked after children and young people.

If you would like to find out more about making a space for a child in your life, the council are holding regular ‘find out about fostering’ events at County Hall in Leicestershire.

As well as members of the fostering team, current foster carers and a looked after young person will be there to share their experiences of fostering and answer any questions.

Foster caring is a hugely rewarding role, which comes with full support and generous financial allowances.  

Future events are taking place on the following dates:

  • Thursday 17 September
  • Tuesday 6 October
  • Wednesday 28 October
  • Tuesday 17 November
  • Thursday 10 December

Please come along to main reception at 6.15pm in time to get signed in and settled in with a cup of tea or coffee. The events run from 6.30pm to 8pm.
