Student receives grant from the Broadway Arts Festival Trust
Textiles: Innovation and Design student, Chloe Williams, has received a £500 grant from the Broadway Arts Festival Trust to help with her studies at University.
The Trust offers grants to students studying Fine Art, Applied Arts, Music or Performing Arts living within the Parish of Broadway.
This marks the third time Chloe has received the grant from the trust. She comments: "I am hugely grateful for everything Broadway Arts has done for me in the past few years. I discovered my passion for textiles while studying Foundation Art and Design at Loughborough University.
“As a result, I decided to stay on to complete a degree in Textiles: Innovation and Design, where I aspire to specialise in print design. I would like to thank the Trustees of the Broadway Arts Festival for their support this year.”
Chloe will be spending this academic year as a fabric sourcing trainee with the retailer and clothing company, Next.
