Daylighting of Buildings: 2500 Years of History/20 of ‘Revolution’
Professor John Mardaljevic from the School of Civil and Building Engineering will deliver his inaugural lecture on 2 December.
The last twenty years have witnessed a marked reassessment of the function and evaluation of natural illumination in buildings. In his lecture, Professor Mardaljevic describes these recent advances using illustrations from a diverse collection of projects carried out over the last two decades.
The lecture, titled Daylighting of Buildings: 2,500 Years of History/20 Of ‘Revolution’, will be held in the James France Building, CC021 at 5pm.
