Loughborough University London to work in partnership with Sport Industry Group
Loughborough University London’s Institute for Sport Business has been announced as the official partner of Cutting Edge Sport.
The University, which is based on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and will exclusively offer postgraduate study, will work with Sport Industry Group to further develop Cutting Edge Sport, with a particular focus on sportindustry.biz/cutting-edge-sport. Loughborough University London will supply regular content to the newest addition to the Sport Industry Group-owned website which highlights sport in progressive thought, invention and digital engagement.
Sport Industry Group will also work with Loughborough University London on new initiatives that will expand the existing Sport Industry Group portfolio and benefit the sector.
Professor James Skinner, Director of the Institute for Sport Business at Loughborough University London, said: “We are delighted to be working with Sport Industry Group. Loughborough is renowned for its design-led innovation in sport and for accelerating novel concepts from initial stages through to commercialisation. Our partnership with Sport Industry Group will enable us to further enhance our activity in this area and ensure that the UK remains at the forefront of innovation in sport.”
