Becky Says Bounce LIVE!
Bounce into spring with award-winning graduate Becky White this year – and feel happier, healthier and fitter.
Bounce Fitness uses mini trampolines to provide a low impact workout that can form the basis of an effective weight-loss and body toning programme. It is also – according to Becky – a lot of fun.
Later this month, Becky will share the Five-Step Formula that has motivated and supported hundreds of women across the UK on their way to feeling happier, healthier and more confident.
There will also be the chance to ask questions, and hear the inspirational success stories of people who have bounced their way to fitness with Becky.
Becky says: “I’m really looking forward to the event, and the chance to encourage more people to get active and healthy. This is the perfect time of year to get exercising – it’s getting warmer and lighter – it’s easier to feel motivated.”
Not that Becky is ever without vim and enthusiasm. She launched her company onesixeight:fitness in 2010 whilst still a student. Since then, she has steadily grown her business, winning an array of accolades and awards along the way.
She opened her first fitness studio on campus in 2013 and employs two personal trainers to cope with demand. She is also a regular speaker at enterprise events at local schools and the University, and inspires others to get-fit-stay-fit both physically and mentally via her online presence and DVDs.
“To date, I’ve helped more than 10,000 people improve their health and wellbeing through exercise and healthy eating,” says Becky. “I’m hoping that this event will inspire a few more to get active.”
