New appointments for Campus Living
Director of Campus Living and Head of Catering posts have been appointed.
Director of Campus Living
Ellie Roberts has been appointed Director of Campus Living as of June 1.
Ellie has a diverse range of business management and change experience. She previously worked within Campus Living as a Senior Operational Manager and HR Manager. She moved into FM and worked with the Change Team developing her change management skills further, and undertook several reviews of business areas and processes.
She has effectively managed many change projects and has been working as a strategic planner for some time with a good track record of managing successful teams.
Ellie moved back to Campus Living as Acting Director last August.
Head of Catering
Gagan Kapoor has been appointed Head of Catering as of August 11.
Gagan has worked at Sheffield Hallam for the last 7 years as Catering Production Manager where he has established an excellent catering service. Previously he worked in London at the Hilton Langham, The Tate Modern and City Inn Westminster.
He has a breadth of experience as a Chef and Production Manager commercially and within the University sector. He started his working life in India and has demonstrated a strong service culture throughout his career.
He recently completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. This strategic role will be a good next step for Gagan to combine his business skills and catering knowledge.
