Graduate produces lifestyle clothing brand that wants people to feel good while doing good
Jake Warren, a Loughborough graduate and Founder and CEO of Air Food Water Gym has created a socially-responsible gym wear brand.
Air Food Water Gym makes hand-customised gym wear for men and women who pride themselves on living an active lifestyle. All of their garments are ethically sourced and a portion from every item sold provides clean drinking water to someone for a whole year through the company's partnership with water charity drop4drop.
Combining the California cool of the ‘80s with Shoreditch's East-London style, their selection of vests, sweatshirts and sleeveless tees are super soft and ultra-lightweight, looking as good out of the gym as in it! Sportswear that works well, looks good and has a conscience - what’s not to love?
Jake graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1 in English Literature and his love for books written by creative and influential thinkers inspired him to bring his idea to life.
He said: "The skills I developed whilst studying for my degree have been invaluable in helping me to set up and run my own company. I love my job. It is incredibly rewarding to be able to bring an idea to life".
