The University will hold its 5th annual health research conference on Monday 23 February, in the Sir Denis Rooke Building, Holywell Park.
This year’s conference is themed around the Health and Wellbeing Research Challenge and is an ideal opportunity to build a community between Schools across campus.
The conference will have a poster and plenary talk competition, with a confirmed £550 cash prize pot. All poster entries will be displayed on the day and all students will have the opportunity to discuss and defend their research with academic and research staff. All those who register for the poster competition and/or submit for a talk will be placed in a draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided. In addition, all delegates and speakers are invited to the evening conference dinner at Taste of India Restaurant (42 Churchgate, Loughborough). This is priced at £10 per person, payable on the day at registration. Places for the meal are limited.
