Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) appointed
Professor Steve Rothberg has been appointed as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research).
Steve has been the University’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Enterprise) since 2011. Prior to that, he held the posts of Head of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. He joined Loughborough in 1990 as an industrially funded lecturer.
As PVC (E), Steve has led a number of significant initiatives, including plans for the proposed expansion of Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Parks.
