Campus Living and imago increase collaboration to enhance business opportunities
Campus Living and imago are to work more closely together to deliver an even better service to campus visitors.
Both operations have consistently demonstrated excellence in what they do and there are many similarities especially in terms of customer care, people management and quality of service. This new way of working together will enable them to share best practice.
Kay England will continue as Chief Executive of imago. Imago will continue to focus on external business and the University’s commercial interests.
Campus Living, headed up by Ellie Roberts, will continue to provide services to the University’s students and staff.
The closer collaboration between the two operations will optimise the qualities and strengths of both areas to help to further improve external business opportunities and deliver an even better customer service for campus conferences and other special events.
