my.HR – the one stop ‘self-service’ shop gets a revamp

my.HR

my.HR, the online employee ‘self-service’ system, has had a makeover.

The University’s iTrent support team have worked closely with the software suppliers to give the system a new look and feel, which was launched today, 17 November.

my.HR enables staff to manage their personal data. For instance, you can view and download current and previous payslips and P60s, add or amend your contact details, including change of address and emergency contacts, and book on to training and development courses.

The revamp includes a number of enhancements in the ‘Learning’ section to help staff search for and book on to training sessions. Training providers will be able to ‘deep link’ into my.HR to advertise specific sessions all of which are intended to make the system much easier to navigate. Question mark bubbles have also been introduced to explain system features.

Have a look around the new site to check that all your details are up to date and see what training opportunities are available.

Let the HR team know your thoughts on the redeveloped system by emailing itrentadmin@lboro.ac.uk
