Government report features SBE-based Glendonbrook Centre

In a Government report by The Lord Young, published today, Loughborough’s Dr Julie Holland explains how the Glendonbrook Centre for Enterprise Education, based in the School of Business and Economics, is working with the students’ union to make enterprise activities available and appealing to all Loughborough students.

The report – entitled Enterprise for all: The relevance on enterprise in education – is the latest in a series of Government initiatives to try and ensure that young people leave education ready to work, with the skills and experience employers are after.

Among Lord Young’s recommendations in the report is a proposal for students to be able to rank university courses by their employment rates and earning potential.
