Yahoo! research head opens Distinguished Speaker Programme
Ricardo Baeza-Yates, VP of Research for Yahoo! Labs (Europe and Latin America) is talking web data at a special lecture next month.
His talk The Web: Wisdom of Crowds and a Long Tail is the first event of the Centre for Information Management’s Distinguished Speaker Programme which features lectures from prominent and innovative experts from the world of information management.
The lecture takes place on Wednesday 5 March from 6pm in the Design School Lecture Theatre.
