HR implications of the University’s new strategy
One of the four pillars of the University’s new strategy focuses on Investing in Staff.
It has been identified that, if the University is to deliver the ambitions outlined in the strategy, some HR practices and processes need to be review. Work has already been done to identify the key themes and these have been discussed at Senate and Human Resources Committee.
Four areas of priority have been developed and working groups are being established to progress them. The four priorities and the groups considering each are:
