OneDrive is where you will store your documents and files. It will replace your personal ‘documents’ workspace.
OneDrive is Cloud based and provides unlimited storage –a significant benefit to you and the University.
You’ll just need to look for the OneDrive 'folder' when you want to save or access your personal work.
Your files and documents will be transferred remotely and you will not need to do anything but it is important you are prepared for the up OneDrive. Your change co-ordinator will work with you to do this.
Most of your files will transfer effectively, but some may not - particularly those with very long file names. It is easy to check your own documents. You do not need to wait to do this.
Use the filecheck tool to ensure all your important documents will be migrated.
